Book cover design for Clown Girl by Monica Drake. This fictional tale tells the story of the eponymous Clown Girl and her struggles to find personal meaning in Baloney Town. The book examines the need of human beings to find honest and tangible relationships in a world of absurd situations and circumstances. The model for my cover captured the innoncence and hesitancy of the main character very well.
